We take shinkansen(bullet train) to visit Kokura, Karato(Yamaguchi pref.) and Moji(Kita-Kyushu). Enjoy sushi and fresh fish at a big fish market. We also visit a shrine and some old western style buildings which are built more than 100years ago. Kitakyushu is located in northernmost of Kyushu and has been an important hub for both land and marine traffic since olden times. It is the gateway between Honshu and Kyushu, as well as an important port for international trade.

Hitomi was an excellent guide taking us to Fukuoka tower, Ohari park, a couple temples and some amazing Ramen, then we headed to learn about Fukuoka arts and crafts and the annual Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival at a small museum. Thanks Hitomi for a great day for my son and I. Bonus points for getting us back to the hotel before the downpour in the evening!
Thank you for a kind review. I had a great day with you two despite the heat. Fukuoka city is one of the interesting places to visit in Kyushu and there are so many good restaurants to eat out. Please visit Kyushu again and explore more places!
Hitomi met us early. She was on time and very knowledgeable about the area. She was flexible with our day and made it very easy to sit back and follow her around. I highly recommend using a guide if you have never been to the area before. She was a life saver!
Midori-san, thank you for your kind review. It was very nice meeting you all and I'm glad that I could be your help. Please come back to Kyushu again and we'll explore more of different area together!
My son and I got to experience a very unique tour with Hitomi. Her expertise with touring allowed us to create a special and focused tour of all things 'Attack on Titan' in the wonderful area of Hita. She ensured that we were able to see all the things we wanted or needed to see. We would have had a difficult time trying to put this experience together ourselves and we truly appreciate Hitomi's guidance and warm personality. We thank you so very much Hitomi!
Thank you for your kind review. I'm glad that you enjoyed the tour in Hita. It was a very interesting day for me. Thank you for coming all the way to Kyushu and sharing your time with me. Hope you went home with a lot of good memories.
We had an amazing day out with Hitomi! Despite the rainy weather, we had a fantastic time exploring the different Hells. Hitomi took us to some truly fascinating sights, and the unique lunch experience of steaming our own food was unforgettable. The sand bath was a one-of-a-kind experience, and the onsen was incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable day, thanks to Hitomi's guidance and expertise. Additionally, our driver was kind enough to make a stop at a beautiful location where we could capture some stunning pictures of the blooming cherry blossoms. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to the overall enjoyment of the day and allowed us to create lasting memories of our time spent exploring with Hitomi. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your positive feedback. I 'm glad that you enjoyed the day despite the rainy day. I hope you took a lot of beautiful pictures of Beppu city and make a beautiful painting in a future! It was really great meeting you, please come back again for the boat ride in Takachiho. Dankie!
