Maru made our trip a truly exceptional once in a lifetime experience. Our trip down to Kamakura was enlightening and beautiful.
'Maru was an absolute delight. She was kind, courteous, and professional. She went out of her way to solve all kinds of logistical problems for me, and took me around to all of the specialized museums that I wanted to see. If I ever go back to Tokyo, I would definitely hire her again.'
Maru was very flexible and tailored the tour to our likes. Maru was knowledgeable and provided great running commentary on the various landmarks and areas of interest. She was patient in listening and answering our questions. Pick-up was punctual and drop-off a breeze. Pricing was reasonable. Maru's English communication is excellent and her overall professional demeanor made our overall experience very positive and enjoyable. I would recommend Maru for all your sightseeing needs.
Our family had a wonderful time in Tokyo with Maru as our guide. She was very professional and patient with our group of 9, each of who had different ideas of what they wanted to do and see. She let us customize our tour and shared a lot of interesting information about each location. Maru was very friendly and taught us how to navigate the train system. It didn’t seem so intimidating afterwards. We really enjoyed our time in Tokyo with Maru. I am so glad I found her to be our Tokyo guide as we were almost going to go with another company. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a tour guide for Tokyo.
