Chinami was very helpful and went above and beyond as a guide! She was considerate if there will be crowds or lines like at the ropeway, and the day went smoothly. She even was considerate about my weird and selfish wish going to Lawson. Chinami even helped us plan out how to get to our next destination! Honestly, I appreciate her so much! Thank you for today!
Thank you for the review. I am so glad that you and your mother enjoyed the tour. And I am sure you liked lunch you had at the restaurant and ice cream! Please come back to Mt Fuji area again and explore anime in Fuji Q highland! Chinami
Chinami was a wonderful host from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about the area and its history. She guided us through the best parts of nature during the time we went, and she customized our itinerary for our preferences. I would highly recommend her.
Thank you very much for the review. I feel sorry that you could not have a private bath in Mt Fuji and train seats because of a national holiday. There are more things to do and see in Mt Fuji. Do please come again to hike and explore in the forest more. And I recommend to stay Japanese style in nearby lakes as well! Take care and say hello to your dogs!
Ms Chinami was an excellent guide - she spoke English well and took time to share her extensive knowledge of the Yamanashi area and fruits during the tour. She also was very caring towards our group, and made sure we had a good time. It was my first time to Yamanashi, and it was a good and memorable one all thanks to Ms Chinami.
Thank you for all and great review. I am more than happy that you enjoyed wine and grapes made in Yamanashi. And I appreciated your kindness for everything. There are hot springs resort near Katsunuma and some hotels have Wine Bath! So, please stay in Yamanashi and join the festival in the first Saturday of Oct. Take care and keep in touch! Chinami
Chinami guided us on a very nice tour through Yamanashi, where we visited several wineries. She went far beyond what we had expected in finding good wineries, both showing small local wineries, and finding the more high end larger producers. She also had extensive knowledge of the region and gave a lot of great information along the way. Thank you for making it a sunny day even though the rain was trying to drown us at times :-)
Thank you for joining the tour. I feel sorry that you had to change the plan to climb Mt Fuji. So I wanted to have something special memory in Yamanashi. I am so happy that you liked the tour and enjoyed tasting wines. I hope you to visit other area in Yamanashi since most people come only in Mt Fuji area. Let's go other wineries and try some sake next time! Chinami
